Therapy for Anxiety

A safe space to understand your anxiety and discover a sense of calm and control

Anxiety can feel like a constant companion

…always humming in the background, making it hard to rest or feel at ease. You may notice your mind racing with worries, replaying conversations, or imagining the worst possible outcomes. It can be exhausting to live on high alert, struggling to focus or to feel truly calm. Sometimes anxiety shows up in the body too—tightness in your chest, a quickened heartbeat, or tension that never quite goes away. Over time, it can start to affect sleep, relationships, and self-confidence. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Therapy offers a space to slow things down, understand what your anxiety is trying to tell you, and begin to find steadier ground.

 What to expect in therapy…

In anxiety therapy, we’ll work together to understand how your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations interact. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), we’ll identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns that fuel worry or fear. Through mindfulness practices, you’ll learn how to quiet your mind, stay grounded in the present, and respond to anxious moments with more ease. Rooted in a person-centered approach, our sessions will move at your pace, in a space where you feel heard, accepted, and supported. Over time, you’ll build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and begin to feel more calm, confident, and in control of your life.

When you’re ready, I’m here to listen and help you start moving toward peace and balance.
