A Safe Space to Grow and Heal

Help for Adults in Indiana Navigating Anxiety, Stress, and Life Transitions

What would a day with a greater sense of calm or control look like for you?

Anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions can leave you feeling confused, exhausted, or alone. In our first few sessions together, we’ll take things at your pace as we explore what you’re experiencing and what you’re hoping for. My focus is on helping you feel supported, understood, and connected to your strengths. I believe meaningful change begins when you feel safe, heard, and met with compassion.

Caring, Insightful, Genuine

My path to becoming a therapist was not a straight line, but every step along the way led me here. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, grief, life transitions, and the need for stronger coping skills—first with the Cancer Support Community, where I provided counseling at Hendricks Community Health in Danville and Franciscan Health in Indianapolis, assisting cancer patients, survivors, and their loved ones during difficult times. I later continued my work at a group practice in Noblesville, supporting individuals navigating a variety of life challenges.

As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish, I am committed to offering a space where clients can express themselves in the language in which they feel most comfortable and understood.

How can therapy help me?
I wouldn’t know where to start.

t’s completely normal to feel unsure or hesitant about starting counseling. When anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm has been part of life for a long time, it can start to feel familiar—even if it’s exhausting. You might wonder, “I’ve managed this long—why start therapy now?” Those thoughts are very common, and it’s okay to have them.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER

01

  • In individual therapy, you’ll have a private, confidential space to talk openly about what you’re going through. My goal is to create an atmosphere where you feel safe, heard, and supported. I work with adults coping with anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem challenges, and the emotional impact of cancer. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, build healthy coping skills, and work toward healing and personal growth at a pace that feels right for you.

  • In group therapy, a small group of people who share similar experiences or challenges come together to meet regularly with a trained therapist. It’s an interactive, supportive space where members can talk, listen, and learn from one another while working toward goals like improving coping skills or resolving relationship issues. One of the biggest benefits of group therapy is realizing you’re not alone—hearing others’ stories can bring comfort, validation, and a real sense of belonging. Plus, group therapy is often a more affordable option than one-on-one sessions.

  • Telehealth counseling allows you to connect with a therapist remotely through video calls, phone sessions, or secure messaging. It makes mental health care more accessible for people who live far away, have mobility challenges, or struggle to fit in-person appointments into their schedules. Plus, research shows that telehealth therapy can be just as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions for many mental health concerns.

My Approach

A collaborative and personalized journey

I take an integrative approach to counseling, tailoring our work together to your unique needs, goals, and pace. Depending on what feels most helpful, we may draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered counseling, mindfulness, coping skills, and practical tools for navigating anxiety, stress, grief, life transitions, and personal growth.

Together, we’ll explore patterns, build insight, and strengthen tools that support meaningful change in daily life. Above all, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and respected as you move forward.

Approach to Therapy - Personalized using CBT, person-centered and EMDR

I support adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions as they build coping skills, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward meaningful growth in daily life.
